Frequently asked questions
Trial days are for pooches to come in and get a feel of the environment and interact with other dogs on a shorter period of time to see how they go ! We love seeing dogs that come like a wreaking ball in and absolutely love it ! but sometimes they need to warm up which is completely fine !
We provide trial days for pooches because we believe that some pooches can find a doggy daycare environment to be too over stimulating with can negatively impact them and their relationship with dogs on the outside which is what we DON'T want !
All of our clients book their pooches through Kennel Booker which allows you to select which service you would like and all payments and reminders go through their !
We can see if you create a booking, cancel a booking, put a payment through and everything like that ! Please contact us if you have any questions at all!
The simple answer is no.
Dogs are like babies when too overstimulated or overtired they can become cranky and can cause negative behaviours.
We provide a schedule which allows pooches to rest and rejuvenate for their next play time !
7-11am is playtime
11-1pm is rest time. Pooches are allowed to play in this time but this is when we all relax sit down and have a breather which all pooches tend to participate in !
2-6pm is play time again !
We love our schedule and after years we have found the perfect balance !
